From the kitchen window above the terrace you can see west into the sunset. The huge garden with 1500 sqm and old trees is a jungle for children to play hide and seek. Non-smokers only please. We rent to non-smokers a renovated 2-room apartment with about 48 m² (when occupied by one person) or 3 rooms with about 63 m² (when occupied by 2 people or more, an additional bedroom). The apartment is located in Mainburg on the ground floor of a two-family house built in 1960. Mainburg is located in the Hallertau hop cultivation area. The cities Freising, Landshut, Regensburg, Ingolstadt,MUC are about 30 or 45 minutes away by car. Munich can be reached in about 75 km.

From Neustadt you can take the train to the historic city of Regensburg in 40 minutes. Shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).
