Almyriki Beach House is a beachfront house located on the southern coast of Crete, on the picturesque beach of Sidonia. The house is located on the edge of the beach and consists of two bedrooms one open space living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. A tiny (20 m2) but cosy independent apartment located in the beautiful and quiet village of Tertsa (80 km south of the city of Heraklion) with a sea and a hill view. A shared entrance with a spiral staicase connects the ground floor with the apartment (2nd floor). There is a double bed, a single loft bed with a small wooden ladder (not recommended for children under 6 years old), a bathroom and a private kitchenette outside the room. There is also a garden where you can find vegetables.

It's 65 km away from Heraklion and only 40 m away from Skouros beach. The view is diverse as large windows overlook the ocean or the mountains. The natural materials and the large windows disperse ample natural light creating a warm atmosphere, connecting the interior with the exterior in harmony.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
