Nice centric studio by the sea

Nice centric studio perfect for friends or small families located in a renovated old stone house in Dalmatian, Kaštel Novi, 4 kilometers away from Split's airport. 50 meters from the sea and 10 minute walking to the beach. On the seafront promenade you will find many lovely restaurants with a great atmosphere and little shops as well as supermarkets. The studio is full equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay, and includes a doble bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. We accept dogs.

It is located just 70 metres away from the beach. Free parking is included on the premises for a duration of your stay. You can see the sea directly from your bed and you can enjoy the sunshine or watch the stars on a huge balcony. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom. Ispred kuće je terasa sa stolom i roštiljom na kojoj se može provoditi ugodne trenutke okružen prirodom.

Lovely modern apartment with a beautiful view

This modern and stylish apartment is ideal for couples (2+1) and it has a beautiful view of the sea and islands around Primošten. It is situated in a really peaceful area, and you can get easily on foot to the city center with a set of markets, restaurants and cafes (7 minutes) or to the famous main beach Velika Raduča (5 minutes). The accommodation is fully equipped with brand new appliances and you will have everything you need for a pleasant vacation.

Family paradise (pool, jacuzzi, playground)

This brand new house built June 2022 is a joy to behold! It accomodates 5 people and offers a 25square meters swimming pool and a jacuzzi. You can boast with your BBQ skills on the outside terrace; or show the world how good you are playing FIFA on PS5 inside the house. For those rainy nights- we recommend Netflix and chill on our 65” TV. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood 20min drive from hustle and bustle of Split. Are you ready to be our first guests?

Lovely 3-bedroom vacation home with heated pool

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Features a built in pool, a gorgeous view of Split and Trogir and everything you'd expect from a normal home. Located in a quiet tucked away place 10 minutes from the airport. A 25 minute drive to the center of Split and a 15 minute from to the center of Trogir. Just a 15 minute walk to the local grocery store and a 10 minute walk to the train station nearby.
