Located on beautiful Southeast Arm, this modern, spacious 2 bedroom chalet is the perfect choice for a couples get away, a few days checking out our historic town, a night before boarding the Argentia ferry, or if you simply need to lay your head while the kids play sports. Nestled in the woods, it’s hard to imagine you are 1 minute from the main road. It’s impossible to not find peace here. In summer, the in ground pool is a real treat. Enjoy the view from the top. A cozy ocean side cottage, about an hour outside of St John's NL, you find this little piece of paradise where you can relax and enjoy amazing ocean views. In season you can see whales right from back deck, Minke and Humpbacks. When the Caplin are rolling you can see them all along the beach and the trails beaches. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This great little house is on the edge of the town of Placentia. Only a 5 minute drive to the center of town and just up the hill from the annual Regatta. If you are coming off the ferry and need to rest your head before you reach your destination, this home is waiting for you! PS: Pet Friendly!
