It is a private private whole house with a view of the sea of Izu from the living room and terrace, 4 rooms.You can also see the Izu Islands and the sea from the bath. You can see Izu Islands when the weather is good when the weather is good. BBQ can be enjoyed on the private terrace. We have an outdoor terrace and a BBQ stove for rent. You can also have a BBQ with a yakiniku roaster in the room regardless of the weather. Please prepare an outdoor BBQ stove fee of 3000 yen, cassette gas (CB can). The roaster fee is 3,000 yen (including gas usage). (If you want to use it, you need to declare and pay in advance) You can enjoy movies and karaoke in the 120-inch theater and karaoke room. Parking is available for 8 cars. There is a limit to the use of the room, and one room is available for two guests.Additional rooms are available for 4,000 yen per room. Early check-in and late check-out are not available for cleaning.However, we will accept 1,000 yen per person per hour at the time of the day before the accommodation day, as long as the day before and the day after are free.

The deck is spacious and open, and a BBQ stove is available for a fee.(Reservation required, fee 4000 yen not allowed) The ingredients are not included in the price, so please prepare them by yourself. Please note that it is not possible to cook at all except for the BBQ stove rented. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within a 15 km radius. Please purchase the ingredients at Matsuzaki or Shimogamo. From the terrace, go up one more level to the sky deck, where you can look out and see only nature. A breathtaking view spreads out. You can hear the slow flow of the Izu sea and fishing boats, as well as the babbling of the brook and the sound of birds. It's the best detox. When you enter the front door of the cottage, the green of the trees and the sparkling light of the sea will catch your eye. The 20-tatami mat open atrium living room has a sofa, kitchen with a fireplace, loft, and a relaxing space.
