The location of these apartments is perfect. A minute to Duke and Potemkin Stairs. Two minutes to the ensemble of the Vorontsov Palace with a colonnade – a symbol of Odessa. Take a walk along the Primorsky Boulevard with sea views just around the corner. 5 minutes walk to the Opera House. The beach is a 30-minute walk across the park. One of the five rooms of a small and cozy apartment hotel, which our family has been managing for 10 years. Please note: third floor of an old house. There is no elevator.

An apartment of 150 sq.m. with expensive modern renovation in the historical part of the city, a 5-minute walk from Primorsky Boulevard and Deribasovskaya. There are 2 rooms (each sleeping 2), a 100 m hall with a soft area, a bar counter, billiards and a seating area by the fireplace. Comfortable table for working. All natural, environmentally friendly materials were used in the decoration. You can accommodate your car in the yard. No pet in the propery! Smoking is not allowed in the apartment!

The room is located on the 8th floor of the Promenade Club Resort. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a fridge, TV, air conditioning, WiFi, a large double bed, a private bathroom. The window overlooks the sea on the left side and the water park and Belgorod Dniester estuary on the right.
