This apartment has been newly renovated, mixing different kinds of architecture and design. In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you. It is located in the heart of downtown Florence: the Duomo and the train station are within walking distance. From Via dei Conti it is very easy to walk to any of the city's major attractions such as the Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio. But also Fortezza and other destinations are easy to reach, even with bags. Fast trains are a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Many guests find it amazing to have a day trip to Rome, Venice or Milan from this location. Taxi service and buses / trams are also available just around the corner

La Terrazza

The Terrace is a charming apartment with a magnificent view of the hills of Settignano. Perfect for enjoying a less chaotic stay than the streets of the historic center and for experiencing the tranquility of the place. You will then find a double room and a living area overlooking the exclusive terrace, a bathroom with a washing machine and an equipped kitchen. The historic center can be easily reached in about 15 minutes by bus number 10, which stops a hundred meters from the house.

Il Castello di Ferrano offers to its hosts the chance of living an unforgettable experience: you will be the only guests in the castle, and everything will be for you (private pool from June to September, gardens etc..). The apartment is in Settignano - the closest hill to the city - just ten minutes away by car (or 15 minutes by bus) from the center of Florence. It accommodates up to 4 guests and it disposes of a kitchen, a spacious living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and… a cosy private garden! “Pallina” is a nickname we use in our family since generations!

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
