Delightful 2p of 32 m2 on the 5th floor with ascent and wide balcony offering an exclusive 180 degree view of the royal canal opening onto the harbor and the sea. Conveniently located between Halles, City Hall and Criée. The main room welcomes us from dawn the rays of the Levant and offers us a view of the turquoise water and the merry ballet of the graciously flying seagulls. This charming 2p pleasantly tempered by an air conditioning, fully equipped for very comfortable stay in an elegant and poetic setting. Happiness!

Facing the harbor and the sea, very close to the Royal Canal and its jousts, very nice bright apartment of 34 m2, on the fourth floor with elevator, in a beautiful secure residence, quiet while being 2 steps from the heart of the city and the halls of Sète. You will be particularly seduced by the view of the port and the sea, its location, its equipment and its interior design. Watch the fishing boats come in with the seagulls swirling overhead.

A spacious terrace is visible, overlooking a clear blue sea extending to the horizon. The tranquil water reflects the clear sky, while greenery can be seen along the edges of the terrace, creating a serene outdoor space.

Useless car, bus stop in front of the building door, free parking nearby. The beach and the train station are only 10 min away.

In the Corniche district is my 2-room apartment facing the sea, with direct access to the beach, south-facing, carefully decorated and refurbished, kitchen area as well as shower room, parking included and numbered. Quiet and well-maintained residence, a large and beautiful garden with benches to relax. Perfect apartment for a couple with a child or big kid. Plus Wi-Fi is installed with TV (26 channels)

Very nice apartment "facing south", 2nd floor without elevator: living room and bedroom overlooking balcony overlooking the canal and possibility to eat there. The second bedroom is extended by a bright loggia. After a five-minute walk, you are in the heart of the city. This apartment is located 700m from the train station. Free parking nearby or at a moderate price at the bottom of the building (4€/24h)

Exceptional views of the sea and the pool. Located on the top floor of a secure residence with access badge, elevator, private parking, direct access to the pool (open from June 15 to September 25) and beaches. My apartment has all the advantages to make your holidays and weekends enjoyable. It has a capacity of 4 to 5 people. I just refurbished my apartment in June 2021.
