A typical Italian dinner is less about serving “Italian food” and more about bringing you into the feeling of an Italian table.
It begins with a small appetizer, followed by a first course such as handmade pasta, ravioli, risotto, or a seasonal soup. The main course is usually a beautifully prepared protein, such as beef "tagliata", chicken saltimbocca, braised short ribs, paired with seasonal vegetables. The meal ends a homemade Italian a plated pastry.
