Simple, Elevated Dinners

This example of my elevated dinners is a Tuna steak, seared to medium rare and placed atop basmati rice. I also made a mix of vegetables, coated in a sweet teriyaki sauce. The Tuna is also in a sweet sauce that compliments the teriyaki. I enjoy taking whatever the person I’m cooking for wants, and making it better than they even thought about while also giving them the classic feel they crave from their food.
