Hi! I’m the founder of HAUM Nashville sound meditation speakeasy. Born & raised in Franklin, a Nashville Native. Our team takes you on a great ride. After traveling the globe for healing modalities and 14+ years as master yogini *E-RYT 500, I've brought what I've learned back home to Music City & created this incredible sound journey practice.
*E-RYT500 Expert Registered Yoga Teacher with more than five years of training, & PRYT (prenatal/postnatal) Mamas are in educated hands with me, our expectant guests' tummies love the music. Also an Ayurvedic counselor.
Worked with Nike international "Feel your all" campaign, Dick's Sporting Goods, Outdoor Voices, Vanderbilt Cardiology etc. and many private clients. Awarded "Best Wellness Studio" 2020 by Mindbody international.
