This treatment is inspired by traditional Mexican care practices for moms-to-be. Its goal is to alleviate muscle fatigue, reduce tension, and promote deep relaxation, creating a beautiful moment of connection and bonding with the baby. Gentle movements and restorative touch help bring balance, harmony, and renewed energy, offering a comforting break during pregnancy.

This session of deep relaxation, connection, and presence takes place in a warm pool, where the water becomes a space for support, containment, and encounter with the life that is developing. The mother floats on her back with the support of floats, and the doula supports and moves the body gently and respectfully to allow the loving embrace of the liquid element.
