Linda's Indian Head Massage is a 45-minute treatment which incorporates a thorough upper back massage, a thorough shoulder massage, similarly with your neck, head/scalp and face. IHM is a very relaxing therapy which is especially great for tension particularly when you hold it in your shoulders; or suffer from migraines and/or headaches, jaw tension, neck pain, sinus problems, clicking ears, etc. Using essential oils to further enhance the relaxation experience and world-famous Argan oil.

Release and relax tired or stressed muscles; unwind the mind. Disconnect from the world and drift into your own time for peace and wellbeing. Linda works with essential oil blends to further enhance the massage whilst meditation music plays to give a fully holistic experience. A full body massage works back, neck, shoulders, scalp, arms, and legs. You can combine with a Reiki session for either a one-hour, 90-minute or two-hour session. Price is for a one-hour session.

Gentle massage focusing on detoxing, de-stressing, whilst also alleviating muscle knots which block the lymphatic system. Linda can focus on a particular area of the body such as legs, face, abdomen, arms, etc to give a thorough flush out which is great for fluid retention. Great when combined with Swedish massage to get an all round massage too.

Heated lengths of bamboo provide a really different massage. The warmth is very very relaxing and also gives the added benefit of relaxing the muscles to coax them out of their knots and tensed up state. The bamboo gets,very deep into shoulder blades and breaks down crystal deposits to be flushed from the muscles, this improving muscle health. Because the bamboo has a greater surface area than hands, the detox effect is much better, as debris is swept into the lymphatic system to exit the body.
