In this experience, you can sample local dishes from my region, such as escalivada (roasted vegetables) on toast with anchovies, a Xatonada salad, a mouthwatering roast chicken, or a delicious crema catalana. The menu can be adapted to guests' preferences or to accommodate food intolerances/allergies.

In this experience, you'll be able to sample our traditional tapas! You can choose to try our ham and cheese with tomato bread, our croquettes, our magnificent patatas bravas, garlic shrimp, the Olivier salad, the potato omelette, a butifarra sausage skewer, a small glass of salmorejo, or finish on a sweet note with a torrija (French toast) or a delicious rice pudding.

Learn how to cook a great rice dish or risotto. You can choose from a variety of fish, meats, or vegetables. We will prepare two different types of rice dishes, and of course, you will then be able to enjoy them at your leisure, accompanied by a nice soft drink or a glass of wine.
