Practice the fundamentals of boxing in this 45-minute fitness session.
(You must provide your own gloves!)
After a quick warm-up and check-in on experience level and any limitations, I’ll teach basic punches, stance, and footwork before guiding you through mitt work for a fun, high-energy workout.
No experience needed—sessions are adjusted to your fitness level, with a focus on technique, conditioning, and having a great time.
