90 minutes to allow your body to breathe, let go, relax, be quiet, receive. We will access what you need in the stage you are in & how your body is feeling that day. Pressure will be ranged depending on where on the body. I use body cushions, most women are able to lay face down and really allow me to work your back & also great for side lying to keep the spine straight. Scalp massage, reflexology, stretching, you & your baby will be pampered like a Queen!

Two Hours all about you & allowing your body to unwind, get what you need that day. We will access your needs, pressure range. Cupping can be added, thai stretching can be added, and always reiki comes with it along with sound healing & aromatherapy.
