We'll meet and set up our mats in the main living room or on the deck (weather permitting).
Next we'll discuss your background and experience with yoga and review basic elements that support an injury free practice.
Offering 1. 30 Minutes. Brief meditation, warm up of the spine, and core strengthening.
Offering 2. 30 Minutes. Same as 1 +modified sun salutations
Offering 3. 60 Minutes. Same as 2 with longer hold times and repeated salutations.

My qualifications
7 years of experience
The most fun was teaching for a week at a Secrets resort in Jamaica last December.
Education and training
I graduated in 2018 with 285 hours of teacher training and am Yoga Alliance certified.
