This is a 1,645.9m2 private villa with a spacious living room, indoor barbecue room, and a 10-minute walk to the sea. Standard 10 people (up to 20 people, reservation available after consultation). There is an additional charge of 10,000 won per person from 11 people. Please do so after your arrival. When booking for more than 2 nights, the additional charge is only for the first day. It is a private pension like a villa used by one team in a pension house (1st and 2nd floors). Each room has a queen and a double bed, a total of 3 beds. Mattress bedding is provided in the attic of the two-story loft structure. It is a private house where many people can enjoy in one space, such as a large flat road family gathering workshop. Only one team uses it. Enjoy barbecue (winter season, rainy season barbecue room) and campfire in the cozy garden. Enjoy karaoke on a large TV in the spacious living room. 3 minutes to Josaan Beach, 5 minutes to Nakshan Beach, 15 minutes to Hajodae Seoppyeong Beach, 20 minutes to Sokcho, 10 minutes to Daepo Port, and 5 minutes to Sol Beach Resort by car.

Hanok Private House/Living Room and Large Room 1/Small Room 1/Seorak Beach 3-minute walk/Naksansa Temple/Seoraksan

It is a 20 pyeong hanok accommodation in the forest next to the sea of Hanok Dokchae Star Sol Pension. It is a space where you can stay in the living room, 1 small room, and 2 bathrooms for up to 5 people, and is 5 minutes on foot to Seorak Beach, and is close to Sokcho City, Daepo Port, and Naksansa Temple. As an amenity, it is 3 minutes by car from Ganghyeon Hanaro Mart main store, 2 minutes from Naksan store, and 10 minutes by car from Sokcho downtown in downtown Yangyang. You can experience surfing at Yangyang surf spots such as Mulch, Jeongam, and Seorak Beach. After a trip to the sea, you can relax in a quiet pine forest hanok and see the stars you wouldn't normally see at the end of the eaves. The bedroom has no bed and is ondol heating. In the kitchen, you can cook simple dishes, but please refrain from cooking smelly food because the smell of pine inside may disappear. You can eat at the dining table for 6 people in the outside dining area. There is a barbecue equipment and a casting board in Busta. Charcoal grill butane gas must be prepared separately. Take a break with your family, in a subtle traditional hanok with a pine aroma.

The Cheongho House is a single-family home that is only rented to one team per day. Stay overnight in Sokcho in a uniquely structured Sokcho wardrobe with stylish furniture and lighting, and somewhere between traces of time and memories of youth. Treat yourself and your group to the little pleasures of a scavenger hunt, finding hidden fun and usefulness in every corner. The country house courtyard with a tea lounge and a tap like a cafe where you can huddle for tea is a dummy. The Cheongho House has repaired the old house that was used as a bed and breakfast for a long time, and there is no place that is left untouched by its owner.
