The apartment has 5 rooms (3 double beds, 8 single beds) and a Mongolian yurt (1 double bed, 2 single beds), two bathrooms with five showers, three toilets, a bathtub, outdoor pool, sauna, huge living room (70 square meters) and 'Glashaus' kitchen (65 square meters). Everything is newly built and designed. If you want to enjoy peaceful and relaxing days with family, families or a group, you're in the right place.

The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havel region. On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.

Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

Landidyll – Farmhouse Ländchen Bellin

The former farmhouse was built in the middle of the 19th century. It is a single-story half-timbered house with a gable roof and is located directly on the idyllic village green with views of the Baroque village church. The 136 square meter living area has two bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The fireplace room has a sofa bed. The house has an approx. 800 sqm garden that invites you to relax.

The apartment with private entrance has been equipped to a high standard. Underfloor heating with oak floorboards, fireplace, high-quality bathroom amenities (tub + shower). The built-in kitchen with dishwasher is very well equipped and also has a Nespresso capsule machine. Kulturhaus Wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer... 

Havelland-Weitblick Nature House

Newly renovated farmhouse in the middle of the most beautiful nature with direct views of the lake and the landscape conservation area. From the kitchen table, you have the opportunity to watch cranes, sea eagles, deer and other birds through the large window. On clear nights, you can watch the brightest starry skies in all of Germany from the terrace. In addition, the property is located just 250 meters from the nearest swimming area.

Vacation home - Former barn idyllic in the countryside

Our converted barn is part of a former small estate near Brandenburg an der Havel. Idyllically located in a very small village, you can enjoy nature from here, take long walks through the forest or to the water. The house offers a cozy, bright and serene atmosphere. The large table for more than 12 people and the open kitchen-living room invite you to cook and linger. But seminars or yoga groups could also feel comfortable with us.

Welcome to your temporary home! Imagine arriving, taking a deep breath and immediately feeling this pleasant feeling of relaxation. Our lovingly furnished apartment is the ideal place to escape the everyday and simply unwind. "Prignitz is a privilege for some and a pampa for others" The property is 5.3 ha. In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.
