Located in the heart of Porto Ercole, on the second floor of a historic building on the waterfront, this vacation home of approximately 70 square meters – completely renovated in 2026 – offers all the charm of the Argentario: a balcony overlooking the harbor with a picturesque view of the sea and the moored boats, a private garden for moments of outdoor relaxation, and a central location, within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, and shops. Two-room apartment in a very quiet residential area in Borgo Carige (Capalbio) located 5km from the sea and the historic center. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen with a 40" smart TV, a large double bedroom, a bathroom, a living terrace, an outdoor courtyard with a living room and a gazebo ideal for aperitifs and dinners in summer and parking in the common courtyard of the building. It is possible to accommodate up to 4 people with 2 extra seats in the sofa bed in the living room-kitchen.

It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.
