The house has a total of 3 bathrooms with 3 toilets. In the basement there is a Finnish sauna, a hot tub and a gym with a treadmill. In front of the house there is a large grassy, well-maintained area and 2 beautiful terraces. Villa BeleVita je novi objekat koji se nalazi na prekrasnoj lokaciji 5 km od grada Đurđevca. Smještena je u oazi mira i tišine te netaknute prirode. Okružena brežuljcima, vinogradima, livadama i šumarcima. Uređena okučnica ville iznosi 5000m2. U sklopu vile nalazi se grijani bazen površine 50 m2 sa sunčalištem i Jacuzzijem. Gosti imaju pristup dječjem igralištu kao i opremi za roštilj s vanjskom blagovaonicom što ovo mjesto čini savršenim mjestom za obiteljski odmor i razonodu.
