Impressive apartment in a villa with a garden just a few steps from the sea. The house offers fine finishes and has all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant vacation. The garden will be finished shortly. There are three independent spaces in the villa. Each has its own separate entrance and patio, the garden is shared with the rest of the villa. The house is located a few steps from the sea, in front of large beaches with all amenities during the summer period.

An outdoor terrace features a dining table set with blue glasses and surrounded by colorful chairs. A well-equipped kitchen area is highlighted by a gas stove and fresh vegetables arranged on a cutting board. Stone walls and a view of the sea complete the setting.
