Dear guests. Welcome to the cottage from 2021, which meets all the needs for a wonderful holiday year-round with peace, beauty, nature, sandy beach, walks and sun. The house is located in a hilly ice age landscape at a height of 40 meters on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun sets in Sejerø Bay, and the birdsong stops when the darkness falls. From the property you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. The facility house has a cosy heated kitchen & living room. It’s reachable by car, direct bus, or public transport from Copenhagen as well as Aarhus 1,5 hours. Just over 1 hour away from Copenhagen, rests a little cabin on a hill. Here you will find yourself in one of Denmark's UNESCO areas with a formidable and unspoilt view of the beautiful Sejerøbugt. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an open kitchen/living room that leads out onto a natural wooden deck. Surrounded by berry bushes and fruit trees, the garden is a wonderful place to share warm summers or cosy winters exporing in. Easy walks to forests and one of Sjælland's most unspoilt beaches.

2 minutes to the beach, 2 meters to the forrest

Cozy and nice summer house (79 sqr. meters). Close proximity to the beach and the forrest. Last house on the street before the beach, and only 200 meters to Denmark's best and very child friendly beach. Large southern terrace with lots of opportunities to enjoy the sun, nature and the silence. The living room has a woodturning stove with windows, as well as a heating pump and air conditioning. The house is somewhat secluded and there is no noice. The house is non-smoking house.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Eller tag en tur ned til skoven og stranden og oplev noget af Danmarks smukkeste natur. Gå en tur på Højderygsstien igennem Geopark Odsherred som går lige forbi den hyggelige have. Rist dine Skumfiduser eller snobrød og pølser ved bålstedet. Eller bare læs en god bog ved brændeovnen i den hyggelige stue.
