It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, including the kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.

Take a walk on the Højderygsstien through Geopark Odsherred, which goes right past the cozy garden. Roast your marshmallows or snobrød and sausages by the campfire. The house is just a 5-minute walk from one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches, which is especially family-friendly – no stones and the water deepens gradually. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and picturesque. The summer house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very well-equipped, and features a south-facing terrace.

But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
