Apartment house with garden in the Sierra de Madrid

Our apartment in the Sierra de Madrid is located at the entrance of Mataelpino, a small town shared with Cerceda and El Boalo. It is a separate apartment located on the same property as our house. It has a living room, kitchen, and dining room that is heated in winter with a fireplace, and a bedroom with a bathroom. In the room, there is a mobile electric radiator. In summer it is very cool as it is largely built into the rock. The apartment has an independent and exclusive garden area that is fenced where there is a barbecue, a table and chairs and some garden chairs to enjoy the sunsets. It is a quiet area surrounded by nature with many paths and routes to walk and disconnect. We'll be happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible and available to help you with any questions you may have about our accommodation.

Alto de Cervera, spectacular views

Magnificent house with spectacular views of the Atazar reservoir, comfortable house with two floors, 2 bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs. Rooms are opened according to the number of people, common areas are left available throughout the house. A bathroom and toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. Kitchen on both floors. Great terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and the starry sky and glass porch overlooking the reservoir downstairs. We have installed a detachable pool for summer.

Remote work area, with wifi throughout the accommodation, fiber, convertible into second bedroom and gym, with elliptical. With underfloor heating and air conditioning.

Temporary loft, next to Sierra del Guadarrama National Park, in a natural setting. The house is located on a plot of 600m2, within the plot is the pool and barbecue, all for the exclusive use of the guests of the house.
