My apartment is in close proximity to the bus, boat and Rigi train stations. Location with an small public park in front almost touches the lake (25meters) with a corresponding 180 degree "all-round view" of the lake and mountains. In 5-10 minutes by car, you are at great starting points for various activities. Arrival is only possible with one car, there is no public transport connection.
