Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind bestens ausgestattet. Der Garten muss unbedingt zur Erholung und grillen genutzt werden. Im Obergeschoss findet Ihr 2 Doppelbettzimmer+Galeriezimmer mit Schlafsofa + Bad. Im Souterrain gibt es noch ein Doppelbett. Waschmaschine im Keller. Neue Bilder folgen!!!

Wer Natur und Ruhe braucht, liebt diesen Ort. Die Wohnung liegt im Fünf-Seen-Land in einem kleinem obberbayerischen idyllischen Dorf. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, ruhig und mit viel Natur umgeben. Es ist eine Erdgeschoss-Wohnung. Die kleine Terrasse am Eingang ist umgeben vom Garten. Ca. 5 - 10 min. braucht man mit dem Auto zu den Seen. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Bitte unbedingt mit dem Auto anreisen.

Auf 128qm Wohnfläche mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Vollbädern bietet Sie Zusammensein und Rückzug gleichermaßen. Perfekt für den Familien-Urlaub und das Wiedersehen mit Freunden. Und das alles zwischen Starnberger See und Ammersee.

Ein Fußweg führt in 10 Minuten zum See und zur Strandpromenade

Das über hundert Jahre alte Ferienhaus „Sonnenwinkel“ in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bayern) liegt am Ende einer privaten Stichstraße. Der See mit guten Bademöglichkeiten und die S-Bahn nach München sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, der nächste Supermarkt ist zirka 1.5 Kilometer entfernt. Das Haus umfasst Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett (Zugang hierzu über den Haupt-Schlafraum), sowie die Küche und ein modernes Bad.

Badeplatz mit Kiosk ca. 1,5 km (erreichbar über autofreien Fuß-Radweg). Von November bis ca. Anfang April bietet sich durch die Bäume hindurch ein wunderschöner Seeblick mit herrlichen Sonnenaufgängen. Und von April bis Oktober sind wir von viel Grün und einem schönen Blick ins Landschaftsschutzgebiet umgeben.

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.
