Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

An open-plan kitchen and dining area features a long wooden dining table set for six, with rustic wooden chairs and placemats. Exposed wooden beams add character, and natural light flows through the windows, illuminating the tiled floor and cabinetry.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Dépendance restaurée et très bien aménagée d'une ancienne maison de maître, avec jardin clos. Une piscine hors-sol (de type Zodiac, de 7m x 5m), située sur le terrain des propriétaires, est de plus accessible aux voyageurs.
