The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Cozy Apartment - Great Location

From this fully equipped apartment, you can reach the countryside ("Schwarzacher Ried" - incl. "Heurigen") on foot or by bike and the cities Bregenz and Dornbirn are also in the immediate area. A bus stop and the train station "Schwarzach" can be reached by foot in only 2 minutes. Bregenz (directly on Lake Constance/Bregenzer Festspiele) and Dornbirn are about 10 minutes away by train. The first ski areas can be reached by car in approx. 20 minutes.

The accommodation includes two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a private bathroom and toilet, as well as a seating area in the garden. It has a magnificent view over the Rhine Valley. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and bank are 5 min walk. A bus stop is just a 3-minute walk. From here you can get to Bregenz (lake, festivals), Dornbirn or the Bregenz Forest. It has a parking space for a car up to about 5 meters long.
