From this fully equipped apartment, you can reach the countryside ("Schwarzacher Ried" - incl. "Heurigen") on foot or by bike and the cities Bregenz and Dornbirn are also in the immediate area. A bus stop and the train station "Schwarzach" can be reached by foot in only 2 minutes. Bregenz (directly on Lake Constance/Bregenzer Festspiele) and Dornbirn are about 10 minutes away by train. The first ski areas can be reached by car in approx. 20 minutes.

We are a family with two children (10 and 16 years) and live in the center of a small nice village. The accommodation to be booked is a self-contained apartment in our residential building. Here in the village there are 2 inns and a small shop where you can find everything you need. Soccer field and playground are just around the corner. We have a nice view over the Rhine Valley. The guest tax of €1.85 per guest per night is included in the price

Our high-quality furnished apartment on the 2nd floor, accessible via a staircase, offers for max. 3 people had a lovely stay on the outskirts of Dornbirn. Start the day with a delicious breakfast in the cozy living and dining area or on the terrace and enjoy the view of the garden and the mountains. The cozy natural wood bed offers guests a good night's sleep. For the 3rd guest there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 2 more guests. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet. Private garage and additional parking spaces are available. Bregenz, Dornbirn and the A14 can be reached in 10 minutes. Two bakeries are located right next to the house.
