In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Das Ferienhaus Bergwelt-M ist ein 300 Jahre alter Hof mit Bauernhaus, Scheune und Stall (der nicht mehr genutzt wird) in Schröcken am Arlberg in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf die Berge. Im Bauernhaus sind mehrere renovierte und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnungen und Doppelzimmer. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.

Upon entering, you can smell the processed wood from the region: on the ceilings, on the floor and on every piece of furniture.
