I love it here and I'm glad to be able to show this corner of Bohemia to those who don't know it yet. The newly built chalet with views of the countryside meets all the requirements of modern accommodation. The strategic location of Chlum on the Austrian border allows you to experience two vacations: to enjoy domestic Třeboň and abroad. You can experience a holiday here in both the tranquility of nature and with activities (bike, swimming, golf). I will give you my tips for nice places. And don't forget: little is known, but the most beautiful one is here in the spring and fall.

Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Podhradí Landštejn

A house overlooking Landštejn in the heart of Česká Kanada. The ideal place for anyone who wants to slow down for a while and enjoy the surrounding forests, excursions, and undisturbed relaxation. The stay includes a Finnish sauna and specialty coffee from a roastery. For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer are also available in the house. Good to know before booking: The house does not offer amenities or activities for children aged 2–12. Staying with pets is not possible due to the owner's allergy.

Yelena lakeside forest retreat

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

My house is in the middle of a village built around a village green. Your flat has its own entrance. You will enjoy your stay because of the cosiness of the furnishing, the comfortable beds, the bright rooms, the well-equipped kitchen, the spacy bathroom, the library, free Wi-Fi, fiber optik 250/250, Win10Laptop, laser printer. My flat is suitable for couples, singles, business travelers, and families (up to 4 kids). Grocery stores & restaurants can be reached by car within 5 minutes.

Tiny House Waldviertel

Escape everyday life in a paradise in the countryside. The newly built tiny house right in the heart of the Waldviertel offers the perfect refuge. At the adjacent Schacherteich and the adjacent federal forests, not only (future) hobby fishermen, but also all nature lovers will get their money's worth. Whether for short weekend trips or longer stays; as a family trip, couple's getaway or a time-out alone - this little cottage has something to offer for every combination.

Rosenburg Cottage with private garden sauna

Cozy cottage in the countryside - surrounded by forest, close to the river and ideal for a relaxing time out in the Kamptal. The immediate vicinity to Rosenburg and Burg Gars is ideal for guests who would like to combine their stay with a visit or work on the rich art and cultural events, e.g. the Burg Gars opera. A few minutes from the house, charming wine taverns invite you to enjoy regional wines and specialties. Cycling and hiking trails start right at the door!

Waldviertel farmhouse for you alone

An old farmhouse in the mystical northern forest district with over 1000 m² of garden for you alone. Unobstructed view of the gentle hills right behind the house. You have a huge living room-bedroom, a cozy kitchen with vault, a small bedroom and a small bathroom at your disposal. In the garden you have a grove with a shady seating area and a hammock. The house is also wonderfully cool in the midsummer and the true relaxation when you come from the heated city.

Unique Treehouse + whirlpool tub + Infrared cabin

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.
