"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

"My kingdom of heaven"- that's what I call my apartment. As you can see, I have chosen the furniture and materials with a lot of love. Not only the apartment, also the location is a dream - a few minutes walk to the center and the cable cars and yet in absolute tranquility, elevated over the rooftops of Zell am See with spectacular lake and mountain views. Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

A serene bedroom is presented, featuring a spacious upholstered bed adorned with plush bedding and decorative pillows. Wood paneling creates a warm backdrop, while a minimalist side table supports a stylish lamp, providing soft illumination.

A triple room in the attic of our farmhouse is rented. In the room there is a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a single bed, a wardrobe and a sink. The toilet and shower are on the floor for the exclusive use of guests. As well as a lounge. The city center of Saalfeden is 4 km away. Arrival should be by car, as there is only limited public bus service. We look forward to seeing you soon.
