The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed (140-150cm), TV, kitchenette, shower/WC and balcony. Zell am See Kaprun Summer Card is included in the price! Our house is very centrally located right next to the Zeller-CityXpress (cable car to the middle station of the Schmittenhöhe) in a quiet location. At the same time, however, it is only a 3-minute walk to the center of Zell am See. Our apartments are located to the south and offer a beautiful view.

"My kingdom of heaven"- that's what I call my apartment. As you can see, I have chosen the furniture and materials with a lot of love. Not only the apartment, also the location is a dream - a few minutes walk to the center and the cable cars and yet in absolute tranquility, elevated over the rooftops of Zell am See with spectacular lake and mountain views. A true gem! In the house there is a small wellness oasis waiting, in front of the door a beautiful hiking trail... Request quickly:-)

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

There is a train station & bike path directly behind the flat (5-10 min walk). The lake is a 12-15 min walk or 5 min drive away.
