At the same time, however, it is only a 3-minute walk to the center of Zell am See. Our apartments are located to the south and offer a beautiful view.

In summer, a large outdoor pool is available for all residents to share. Golf course, Tauern-Spa, sports airfield, swimming lake, restaurants, etc. are minutes away. Winter: Ski bus very close by. A ski cellar with ski boot warmer is available in the house.

There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.
