The apartment is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. In the kitchen, there is an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and more. Approximately 20 km away is the old town of Amberg with many attractions. Direct access to the Wacholder-Jakobsweg and Jurasteig. Many round trips attract cyclists to the most beautiful destinations in the region. Next door there is the Fledermaushaus with the large horseshoe nose, here there are regular guided tours. The apartment has a size of about 120 m². There are 3 bedrooms, with a total of 7 beds. Large living room with TV and large couch to relax. In addition, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Linens and towels are furnished. The apartment is 1.5 km away from the Reitsportzentrum in Kreuth and 500 m from the 5 rivers bike path. A small and inexpensive restaurant is 100 m away, a beverage market 500 m and a bakery 500 m away.

In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

In the surrounding area there are many opportunities for cycling, diving, hiking, fishing and water sports in the nearby lakes. 10 minutes by car to Lake Steinberg, 18 minutes by car to Lake Murn. Shopping is 6 minutes by car to the nearest town.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
