Many round trips attract cyclists to the most beautiful destinations in the region. Next door there is the Fledermaushaus with the large horseshoe nose, here there are regular guided tours. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Shopping is 6 minutes by car to the nearest town.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the more than 300 years old, lovingly restored house. The floors with natural stone and wooden floorboards are well-equipped with underfloor heating, even for the cold season. All spaces have several windows, which can be darkened in the sleeping rooms.
