They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Wellness chalet on 73 m² with its own wellness equipment. A Finnish sauna, hot tub and a crackling fireplace provide quiet, relaxing moments. Surrounded by natural, unique and high-quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen, everything has been thought of. Towels, bedding, bathrobes and slippers are already there. Outside, you can enjoy your first coffee or wine in the evening in comfort on the large balcony or terrace.

The apartment has a size of about 120 m². There are 3 bedrooms, with a total of 7 beds. Large living room with TV and large couch to relax. In addition, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Linens and towels are furnished. The apartment is 1.5 km away from the Reitsportzentrum in Kreuth and 500 m from the 5 rivers bike path. A small and inexpensive restaurant is 100 m away, a beverage market 500 m and a bakery 500 m away.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
