But Stuttgart is just 30 km away and easy to reach (from the railway station about 5 minutes walk), located in the immediate vicinity of the highway / motorway or by public transport. Here, every hour two trains per hour towards Stuttgart. Munich can also be reached by train or by car in about 2 hours. We can offer a cozy and exclusive, bright, sun-filled apartment with separate bathroom (toilet, shower), open kitchen and upgraded amenities. The apartment has underfloor heating, has direct access to the romantic, beautiful natural garden with private terrace, stream and small pond. You'll always be in the countryside. Enjoy and relax! The apartment is designed for 1-3 people, possibly for more persons (2 bunk beds, 2 opening, comfortable double sofa-couches).

Visit us with your family or friends in our group vacation rental. We have 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms ready for you. Here 9 people + 2 children can stay in the large double room. The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².

Arrival is possible up to the front door by car, where you can load/unload in peace. Ample parking, also free of charge, is available in the immediate vicinity.

Our high-quality furnished apartment extends over a generous 75 m² which are divided into 3 rooms (living, sleeping and guest rooms) as well as kitchen and bathroom. You can easily access it via the separate house entrance. The outdoor area of the apartment includes a large covered terrace, a lawn and an idyllic garden pond with a jetty. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. You can dine in the dining room or on the lovely terrace.
