The 45m² apartment consists of a living room, a new and well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200 m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500 m from the property. The tram is a good way to get from the central station to the apartment. It is an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking can be provided by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am available for questions.

Small but nice is our vacation home that used to serve as a washing and drying house. A modern, minimalist cottage for 2 people. It is located opposite our house with direct access to the courtyard. In our large garden, every guest will find a cozy place to enjoy nature.
