There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

A cozy living area features a curved leather sofa, accented with plush red cushions. Natural light filters through sheer curtains, illuminating the space. A decorative floral print hangs on the wall, complementing the warm tones of the room.

Wi-Fi throughout the house and extra cable at the desk for a stable internet access e.g. for remote work.
