Here you will find the Alvoco River, which, due to the configuration of the mountains (in the form of a valley), has clear waters and pleasant temperatures for swimming in the summer. In winter, you can enjoy its beauty and harmony. The village is about 30 minutes by car from Torre (the highest point of Serra da Estrela), 30 minutes from Seia and 40 minutes from Covilhã.

Casa d'vó was built with the purpose of providing you with days of great comfort, harmony and tranquility. It is located in the center of Torrozelo, 10 minutes from Seia and 15 minutes from Oliveira do Hospital. You can enjoy the swimming pools, river beaches and discover many of our region's tourist attractions. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room, making it possible for 4 people to stay. A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.
