Fantastic central old building apartment by the river

Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, Wi-Fi, PlayStation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even on hot summer days.

A clean bathroom features a white toilet and a compact bathtub equipped with a shower attachment. A neutral-toned bath mat is placed on the tiled floor, and a patterned shower curtain adds a touch of detail. Natural light brightens the space.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Right on the water lily pond, with forest edge on one side & fields to the other, rests our beautiful "Hilltop cottage": A charming wooden cabin in a secluded location on the hill, on a separate fenced area from our ground where only nature can be seen & heard. The apartment comprises the entire attic of an old building in a central location, about 3 minutes walk from the train station. The cozy living atmosphere on a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the roof terrace on the garden side - make the missing lift quickly forgotten. Important note regarding sleeping accommodation: 1x double bed 160 wide 1x double bed 140 wide wide 2x guest folding bed (no special sleep quality!) 1x toddler travel bed

The apartment is decorated in a rustic peasant style, which is located in a stylish former square courtyard. Our house is located on the edge of the Ostszentrum in a quiet location. The nearest bus stop is about a 2-minute walk away. Due to the generous equipment and arrangement very well suited for business travellers and fitters.
