Welcome to our cozy cottage right by the water with sauna, fireplace and private jetty. Here you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views and fishing right outside the door. In winter, it is possible to swim in the ice water from the jetty, if the weather allows, ski trails are run up on the lake. The surroundings consist of berry and mushroom forests with beautiful walking paths. In the summer, you can take a ride with the rowing boat or enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. The cottage is located only 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

The pearl in Tolvsbo

A very nice accommodation with a lake plot and beach in a fantastic location. Inside, there is a large area that combines kitchen with living room containing a cozy fireplace. Two bedrooms and a bathroom. No washing machine. Space for six people as the sofa is a sofa bed. The water is not drinkable but washable. There is a full 10-liter jug upon arrival that can be refilled inside the village's local ICA store. Small cottage with four additional sleeping places, for an extra charge. A rowboat and canoe are available down on the beach.

The plot is clearly demarcated by its elevation towards the next house, which is a permanent residence. Wake up to a magical lake view in cozy Rämsbyn, with proximity to both nature and summer/winter activities. Thanks to its stone bottom, the water in Rämen is clear and welcoming to swim in. There is also the possibility to fish for trout, perch and pike. Fishing card can be bought on site or online. Private jetty and possibility to borrow a canoe. Romme Alpin is about 25 minutes' drive away. Proximity to several nature reserves, including Gyllbergen. Kupolen shopping center about 20-25 minutes drive away.

Älv-Hyddan

Welcome to this cozy cottage at the edge of Dalälven, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors, there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and WiFi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot basks in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the dock. Firewood and canoe are available for a fee. One bedroom with double bed, and a 140 cm sofa bed upstairs. P.S. Keep an eye out for the beaver on the water in the evening

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Accommodation in the middle of the village, close to Ica, swimming at Hagudden, Folkets park and the harbor. Beautiful nature and great opportunities for outdoor recreation. Cross-country skiing in Norberg (30 min), Smedjebacken (10 min) and Ljungåsen (45 min). Alpine skiing Uvbergsbacken in Smedjebacken and 45 minutes to Romme Alpin. In summer, there are many lakes for swimming, fishing and paddling. There are nice gravel roads and trails for mountain biking.

Warm welcome to Spelbo! The house is located at lake Norrmogen. The lake in the south and the vast forest in the north. Sleeping places upstairs: one double bed. Free access to the wood-fired sauna. In Ramsberg (9 km) there is a popular unmanned grocery store! Hope you'll enjoy your stay in this simple and quiet place!
