Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung.S Bahn in 25 Min am Marienplatz, kostenlos Parken. Familienfreundlich, Haustiere 10€ pro Tag. Nähe zu den Bergen u. Seen, fussläufig alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freitag Wochenmarkt regionalen Angeboten. Biergärten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Du wirst meine schöne Unterkunft lieben die Lage, grüne Umgebung, schöne ruhige Atmosphäre.

Eigener Eingang zu einem liebevoll eingerichteten gemütlichem Gästehaus, nur 25 min mit der S-Bahn vom Marienplatz entfernt. Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett, eine Küche mit Induktionsherd, Mini-Ofen, Kühlschrank) und ein Bad mit Dusche. Die S-Bahn ist ca. 4 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die schöne Gegend kann auch mit dem Fahrrad erkundet werden. Im Winter sind Tagesausflüge in die Alpen Lenggries, Brauneck, Kitzbühel, Wilder Kaiser möglich .

Das Ortszentrum ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit der Straßenbahn Linie 25 ab Derbolfinger Platz gelangt man in einer halben Stunde ins Zentrum von München. Alternativ kann man auch die nahe gelegene S-Bahn Station Furth (Auto 5 Min.) nutzen.

Icking and especially this is a very quiet place with much greeness and good air around hier. Nevertheless this apartment is located 5 min. on foot to a suburban train station S7 for a Train ride to Munich Hbf in 35 min. Moreover via the B11 highway located beside the station allows to drive your car to Innsbruck, Austria about 60 miles away and to the marvellous King marvellous King Lutwig castls and palaces.
