Only 1 hour and 30 minutes from Montevideo and 24 minutes from Punta, this house combines careful design, tranquility and a heated outdoor pool that works all year round. The pool is heated and designed to reach up to 30°C in optimal conditions (mild days, no wind). * In autumn and winter, as it is an outdoor pool, its temperature can vary significantly with the weather. It usually ranges from 22°C to 26°C on cool days.

Pool 11 x 5 m, fenced and security protection for children on rails and stairs throughout the house. Does not include electricity and water costs.

Designer beachfront cabin between Piriápolis and Punta del Este. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and step straight onto the sand. Perfect for a romantic or adventure escape. Cozy wood-burning stove, bonfire under the stars, and a fully equipped kitchen. Includes linens, towels, and amenities. A peaceful seaside retreat to relax and reconnect with nature. Near the cabin there's an abandoned complex, but there's a caretaker living there and it's very safe.
