Envie de dépaysement ? Maison récente et élégante en bordure de forêt à 15 minutes des plages landaises (Seignosse, Hossegor, Capbreton). Tout confort avec trois places de parking, spa et climatisation. S'agissant de ma résidence principale, je loue en laissant mes affaires dans le dressing (pièce à part) ainsi que mon chat (qui fait sa vie à partir du moment où sa gamelle est remplie...). Idéale pour un groupe d'amis ou une famille (beaucoup de jeux à disposition). Bonnes vacances !

In a peaceful and green setting, a short walk from the beach and Lake Hossegor, we offer a small modern villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The garden is completely enclosed and the property is rented for the exclusive use of the Tenant. The villa has a fully-equipped American kitchen, a comfortable living room and is fully air-conditioned. Pool or hot tub rental is possible for an additional fee. Please note that the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.

Nice 2 bedr. villa in Seignosse, located on the edge of the forest, 10min away from the beach breaks.This villa will suit every family hoping for some rest in a quiet place: surrounded by nature, you’ll access easily trail-tracks and cycle pathes. Swimming pool (south) : 4m x 4m x 1.35m . Not heated and available from May the 15th until October the 15th.
