If you get cold, there is a hot tub. It is a 15 minute walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. By car, it takes 20 minutes to Gothenburg. Sup and rowing boat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life out on the balcony. In the house there is a kind cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

Enjoy in this peaceful, newly renovated house with forest and hiking trails close to the plot. In walking distance there is a lake with swimming area and possibility to rent a boat for, for example, fishing. Rental of boat and fishing license is purchased in the restaurant at the rest area by the lake. 5-10 min from Borås city center 5-10 min from Borås golf course 10-15 min from Borås Zoo 50 min from Liseberg 1 hour 10 minutes from Ullared. In Sweden you can hike freely in the forest and nature but do not go into private plots.

It is about 4 km to wonderful Gräfsnäs with its castle ruin, restaurant and swimming area. There are many opportunities for walking, maybe to the forests in the surroundings, or to Erska to try the disc golf course.
