Renovated farmhouse built before 1892 located in the outskirts of Gallicano immersed in nature and the sound of water from the stream which runs alongside its garden. Divided into 2 separate apartments, 1 of which is where the host family live, the other homely, spacious, independent apartment with private entrance set on 2 floors. On the g/f a living room, a well equipped dining kitchen, bathroom with shower while on the 1st floor 2 bedrooms ,bathroom with bathtub + shower. Huge garden area.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.
