ごぢんまりのアパートの一室です。お部屋は一階にあり、重たいスーツケースをお持ちしても利用しやすいです。東山線の八田駅(3番出口)から徒歩5分、栄(16分)、名古屋駅(11分）まで乗り換え無しで行けます！お出かけにはとても便利です（4番出口はエレベーター🛗があります）お部屋は全体面積30平米ぐらいです。3名様のご利用をお勧めですが、最大4名様までご対応出来ます。コンビニまで　200m スーパーまで　700m スギ薬局　 650m コインパーキング　150m 駐車場共有してるため、予約順でお取り致しますので、ご予約の際に必ずご連絡ください。駐車場空いてない場合は近くのコインパーキングをご利用ください。
