Windmill Summer House

A unique summer destination built with respect for the island's traditions. The first floor of the windmill has a well-equipped kitchen and a living area in the back. On the second floor there is a double bed and on the third floor there is a view of the sea. The wood-heated sauna cottage has two separate beds. There is a hot tub in the yard and a terrace leading to the dry toilet. In the yard, there is a summer kitchen with space for dining and lounging. Tihusen Estonian horses graze on the surrounding pastures.

The house is newly renovated (2020) and there is dining and sleeping facilities for up to 12 persons. We are ideally located to visit all west cost highlights of Estonia (Pärnu, Haapsalu- 60km drive) (Muhu and Saaremaa ferry 15km drive).

Silma Retreat Hunting Castle stands at the heart of an 18-hectare private estate in Haapsalu, on Saunja Bay at the edge of the Silma Nature Reserve. Your booking includes three buildings, with beds for nine in two of them. The manor dates from 1906. Beside the natural swimming pool stands the White Swan, a glass pavilion with the estate's best kitchen and a pizza oven. The Black Swan spa house sits over its own pond.
