Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Large, beautiful 2-storey house in Gonio. You can enjoy the silence of nature and the sea air. Free wi-fi, TV. Also at your disposal is an XBOX Series S, a projector, an audio system, board games, books, and an umbrella for comfortable sunbathing. P.S. There is also a playpen-bed.

On the first floor there is a large equipped kitchen and a living room with entrance to a terrace of. On the neighboring plot is under construction, possible minor inconveniences during the day. The price is reduced as compensation.
