Es ist sehr ruhig und friedlich in der Natur, obwohl es so nah am Stadtplatz liegt. Das Haus ist typisch mallorquinisch und wurde renoviert, um den besten Komfort zu bieten. Es ist mit Designermöbeln und Kunstwerken eingerichtet. Das Haus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt erforderlich sind.

Mi casa, ubicada en Son Espanyolet, está a 20 minutos a pie del pintoresco barrio de Santa Catalina, a 20 minutos del centro, y a 25 minutos de la catedral. Justo abajo de mi apartamento hay una parada de bus que va directo al centro. Además el barrio cuenta con todos los servicios: supermercados, farmacia, panaderías, restaurantes, etc...
