Cosy romantic hide Away

Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Ideal zum Wandern, Radfahren, Langlaufen. Ein öffentliches Naturfreibad, ein Kneippbecken nebenan erfrischen ihren Urlaub. I speak english. Welcome!

Beautiful two-room apartment (45m²) with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. In summer cozy courtyard (sun/shade), 250 m to bus stop (20 min. to Regensburg). Our place is close to Donaustauf Castle, Walhalla and not far from the beautiful World Heritage Site Regensburg. The apartment is suitable for friends, couples, families with children, business travelers, cyclists, solo travelers... actually for everyone. We live in the same house and look forward to meeting you!
