Our attic studio on the Danube bike hiking trail with a view of Walhalla was built in 2023. It is located in one of the first sustainable buildings in Regensburg in the municipality of Tegernheim. Regensburg with its medieval center is 7 km away and can be reached by bus, car or bike. There you will find an abundance of art, culture and culinary delights. In the loft-style attic studio, you can relax in the cozy dining area, on the balcony in good weather and plan the next day.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us.
