Welcome! This year our New Year's Eve package will be closed from 12/28 to 1/2, including breakfast and bed and bath linens. Our space is 50 meters from the beach of Riviera de São Lourenço and 300 meters from the beach of Itaguaré, that is, exactly between both. The neighborhood is safe with the beach of São Lourenço lit at night. It has restaurants, pizzarias, gastro bar c live sound, bakeries, pharmacy, ice cream, grocery stores and bike rentals on the beautiful Itaguare beach.

A sparkling pool is surrounded by palm trees, with red lounge chairs positioned under umbrellas nearby. The two-story building features a warm brick exterior, adding a cozy touch to the inviting outdoor space. A mountain is visible in the background, enhancing the scenery.

We are inside the Condomínio Morada da Praia at Boraceia beach in Bertioga SP. Boraceia Beach has kiosks, lifesaving, security , showers and bathrooms. The condominium is closed the security is our great privilege, with monitoring of cameras and vigilantes. We have infrastructure with market , drugstore ,ice cream, pizzeria, bars, bakery, shops ,church and UPA 24hs (private),where there is no need to leave the condominium , except to visit other beaches and take the tours .
